Our Christian faith teaches us that blessings joyously given will multiply many times over. Trinity parishioners embrace this teaching with fullness of heart and soul.
Joyous sharing takes different forms. We are called to use our time and talents in the service and protection of creation. Understanding that what we do today affects generations to come, we seek to live gently on the earth and take personal responsibility for the abundant resources that God has provided. The Environmental Stewardship Committee actively works to decrease Trinity’s carbon footprint.
And we are called to be generous with our money in order to faithfully sustain the parish and help the community. Trinity has been blessed by the many parishioners who have given through the Legacy Society over the years, creating an endowment that helps to maintain the church building.
"The fundamental reason for all acts of stewardship — gratitude for the
abundance we have been given." —Presiding Bishop Katharine Jefferts Schori
In peace, we pray to you, O Lord.
In thanksgiving for Trinity Parish, for the many ways it has touched our lives and the life of the community. We pray for your grace to be a parish where the depth of hospitality is known and lived, and for generosity to give of our resources so that the mission of Trinity will flourish.
