Music at Trinity Concerts
Mark your calendars for these end-of-season events!

Trinity Music Presents –

Trinity Sunday, May 18, at 12:30 – An Ice Cream Social with the Cornucopia Concert Band!  Enjoy a frosty treat as Cornucopia recreates the sounds of a town brass band with music from the early 1900s and singers in period costumes.  (Garden Court if the weather is fine, Parish Hall if it rains)

Friday, May 30, at 7:30 p.m. – Celebrating 10 years as Artists-in-Residence at Trinity, the Sacred Music Chorale presents its Spring Concert.  In addition to tradition, contemporary and gospel choral works, this concert will mark the premier of Missa Gratulationis, by Seattle composer John Gordon.  This work was composed specifically for the Sacred Music Chorale.  This concert will take place in the Church.

Saturday, May 31, at 3:00 p.m. – The New Baroque Orchestra will present a concert of pre-classical music for instrumental ensemble.  This community orchestra is led by Seattle Baroque violinist Ingrid Matthews.  This concert will take place in the Parish Hall.

Sunday, June 1, at 1:30 p.m. – Mirinesse Women’s Choir joins us for their anticipated third season.  In addition to sea chanties and Buddhist chants, the group performs choral music for women’s voices from many eras and styles.  Mirinesse will delight you with their lush and exquisite sound.  They will also join us for the 10:30 Eucharist this morning.  The concert will take place in the Church.

Thursday, June 26, at 7:30 p.m. – The Welsh Choir of Southern California comes to Trinity as part of their West Coast tour.  This group embodies the rich and beautiful heritage of Welsh choral singing with contemporary and traditional works.  They will be accompanied by organ, piano, harp, and timpani.  This concert is also a benefit for Northwest Harvest, and will take place in the Church.

And don't forget that our weekly organ recitals will resume in September, each Wednesday at 12:10pm.

A suggested donation will be posted at each event.
